Local History was a class taught by Robert McDevitt at Marion High School between 1987 and 2001. Among the many projects completed by the class were five books which were published and turned over to the Marion Area Historical Society for sale.

In addition to the MHS Local History books, a collection of editions of The Marion Advertiser is made available in memory of Daniel "Thumber" Brandenburg in our virtual exhibit.
